It's a festive time of year, and how better to celebrate Christmas time^A than looking back on snowy Herefordshire scenes from the Archive.

In 1960 at Hereford train station, a hand-crafted gypsy caravan, was being carefully loaded onto a train ready for a journey to its new owner . The maker's name, George Cox, is now all but lost in the mists of time. But, thanks to some dusty, scruffy scrapbooks full of press cuttings, we can salvage the name of this humble wheelwright from the mists of time.
