Thanks to Leominster Festival we are hosting the first of of our market town events. We would like to hear your stories about stories about the Mayfair, Hop-picking and Hereford Football Club, if you’ve got a great story drop in and share it with us.
Followed later by a 3pm lb5 : A screening of archive films from Flicks In The Sticks. Followed by Chewing The Cud: Memories from Hereford’s Old Livestock Market
This entertaining and warm-hearted film revisits the past in interviews with farmers, auctioneers, townspeople, breeders, traders and council workers, and contains lots of archive film footage and photographs. The screening has a Q&A afterwards so that people can share their own stories.
