Please hold whilst we prepare Get involved ...

There are many ways you can be involved with the project

Be an interviewee, become an oral history trainee, set up a community screening, be part of an audience at a village hall, post a comment on Facebook about a story you have enjoyed, visit an exhibition, watch an interview online, help to hang a photographic exhibition, write a blog post, learn to digitise film negatives, conduct an interview for local radio, retweet a tweet, give a DVD to a friend, be part of a post-film Q+A, take a new photograph of the Mayfair, tell a friend about the project, meet an old friend at an event, join a local history group, visit the new Archive and Records Centre for the first time, discover a wealth of heritage about the county via Herefordshire History website, learn to take a good photograph, find out how they did it in the ‘old days’, find one picture to share, discover an archive in the attic to donate to HARC, make a film with classmates, walk down the red carpet at the Odeon, handle a non-digital camera for the first time, see a negative image, edit an interview, film a ‘tracking shot’, apply for an internship, ask a grandparent about their childhood, feel proud of where you live, inspire children to write an essay using an old photograph.
