As part of the new selection of Chewing The Cud interviews we’ve been able to do, we just wanted to share a tip: if you fancy a smile and enjoy a good storyteller in full flow have a listen to Denis Schiavon’s interview.
He has so many great stories from his years working at the old livestock market when it was situated slam bang in the middle of Hereford. He was such a good sport too as his interview was actually part of a training course we conducted with volunteers – not that you’d know it – considering how fresh and fun his stories were. Behind the scenes we were continually stopping and helping volunteers get to grips with different items of kit and giving them a chance to practice their interviewing skills.
