Catcher Media had an unexpected request the last Summer. Julia Goldsmith the producer on our long-running Herefordshire Life Through A Lens project was asked to appear in BBC Bargain Hunt. At first we joked that she might be a contestant but the series producer asked her if she wouldn’t mind talking about Derek Evans photographs. She was flattered and felt she fitted the brief as she’d been integral to the project which had absorbed Catcher media for nearly 5 years but being ever so modest she suggested speaking to someone from Archives or Museums. But the producer insisted so she filmed the segment in Leominster during the Summer months with the help of Rhys Griffiths.
